RETURNS, REFUNDS, SALE ITEMS & ERRORSÂ
Your purchase can be returned for a refund for full-priced items within 15 days of the purchase date. We do not offer exchanges. Sale and discounted items cannot be returned for a refund. The jewelry must be unworn, in its original condition and complete (pendants, chains and jewelry box included).

Requesting a Return
Please note the original purchaser/customer must contact us from the email used for the order. We do not refund or process returns on behalf of other people which includes gifts.

To request a refund you must contact the team at info@bellaluckcharms.com with your order number, full name and address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer must pay for shipping to our address and will be issued a full refund of the purchase amount within 3-5 working days.
Please note we can only issue the refund on the credit card or other payment method that was used to purchase the item.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Errors / Mistakes

If we have made an error with an order, the customer has 2 working days to notify us and must provide evidence as requested. The customer may be asked to send the incorrect item back and we have the right to refuse based on our judgement of the evidence and details of the order.Â

Damaged on arrival
If an item has arrived damaged from its journey, the customer has 2 working days to notify us from the delivery date and must provide evidence as requested. It is at our discretion to provide a replacement and is based on a case-by-case basis.Â
Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded and returned, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
