Your purchase can be returned for a refund for full-priced items within 30 days of the purchase date. We do not offer exchanges. Sale and discounted items cannot be returned for a refund. The jewelry must be unworn, in its original condition and complete (pendants, chains and jewelry box included).
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund you must contact the team at info@bellaluckcharms.com with your order number, full name and address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer must pay for shipping to the below address and will be issued a full refund of the purchase amount within 3 working days.

Please note we can only issue the refund on the credit card or other payment method that was used to purchase the item.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
